SHIRTS
What type of shirt do you use?
We use some the softest tees available.  We use a few different styles of shirts, one is 4.3oz / 60% Cotton 40% Polyester.
The other 50% Polyester 25% Cotton 25% Rayon. It is Pre-shrunk, Extremely soft, comfortable and stretchy.

What is the best way to care for my shirt?
The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold.
For best results, dry on low or hang dry.

What is the printing process used to print your shirts?
All of our shirts are screen printed. We use soft-hand/fashion ink for the soft/vintage look and feel.

Do you print your shirts in-house?
No, we like focus on the design.  We print everything locally in Columbus, Ohio.

What size should I get?
All of our shirts are fashion-fit tees.  We suggest sticking to your normal size, but if you do not prefer a more
fitted-fashion style tee, order a size up.

PAYMENT
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How Secure is your store?
This store uses Stripe for payments, and Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer
to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a paypal account to purchase?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

SHIPPING
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class.

How long does it take for my shirt to arrive?
We ship orders 1-3 days after they are processed. First Class shipping will usually take 2-5 days, depending on your location.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Contact us directly before exchanging any items. Every order is individually packaged and inspected before it gets shipped to
ensure quality and safe transportation. All un-worn, un-washed exchanges will be allowed within 20 days of delivery. Return items to
the same address from the invoice that was provided in your order.
